What happens in therapy?

You can take your own time to talk, be heard and understood in a non-judgemental way about what has led you to seek counselling support. We will explore this together when you are ready. If you find you do not want to talk or feel unable too, then I will sit quietly with you. By using my presence to help you feel safe, building on our working relationship, enabling you to share what you want to at your own pace.
