You can expect to ‘begin to feel better’ within our first therapeutic session. I’ve been told I’m friendly, approachable and a supportive person, very knowledgeable in the areas I work, achieving great results, by previous clients. You will experience a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for your session.
Through using person-centred therapy, making sure you are in control, (with my support), we will be able to work at your own pace. The first session will include a brief assessment, (with your permission), completion of a contract (which is required legally), however, this will only take a few minutes.
Time to talk
You can take your own time to talk, be heard and understood in a non-judgemental way about what has led you to seek counselling support. If for any reason you feel unable to talk, I will sit quietly with you. Enabling me to use my presence to help you feel safe, until you feel able to do so, while strengthening our working relationship by building trust and understanding through the silence together.
Where and how do we begin?
This may be a burning question for you now. You can ask me any questions relating to the issue(s) you are seeking support for or book an appointment via the link below.
